·         As you know, my audience is mainly busy and successful executives and entrepreneurs, who don't have a lot of time to exercise, so how can they incorporate effective and efficient exercise without a huge time commitment? 

·         Everyone nowadays seems to be interested in anti-aging so they can enjoy a longer health span and better quality of life. What are some easy and actionable tips you can offer us as an anti-aging expert?

·         People often have the best intentions when they're starting a nutrition or exercise program; however, roadblocks and speed bumps always seem to come up, discouraging many people. I hear you have some brain training techniques to help people achieve health and fitness with less willpower, roadblocks, and speedbumps. What are some quick and easy tips you can give us to reprogram our mind to have a lasting fitness change?

·         Motivation (or lack thereof) can be a problem for many entrepreneurs, even for the most successful entrepreneurs, so how can health, fitness, and brain science help with this?

·         Every entrepreneur has a journey story with ups and downs, so I'm sure you are no exception. How did you get through the valleys to get back to the next peak that we can also use to help us?
