Action Plan Sample
Step 1: Choose ONE Keystone Habit to Streak
- Identify the single habit that, when done consistently, will make the biggest impact on your business or life.
Examples:
- 5 personalized outreach calls per day
- 30 minutes of focused lead generation
- Daily review of top 3 priorities
- 20 minutes of exercise
- 5 minutes of visualization
Pro Tip: Start with something measurable, realistic, and meaningful to your long-term goals.
Step 2: Define the Streak Duration
- Commit to a specific time frame (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).
- Write it down: “I commit to doing [HABIT] every day for [#] days.”
Why? Clarity creates commitment. When you’re “trying” indefinitely, your brain doesn’t feel urgency.
Step 3: Choose a Tracking System
- Use a physical calendar: Put an X on every day you complete your habit.
- Use a digital tracker: Apps like HabitBull, Strides, or even your phone’s reminders.
- Use a spreadsheet or journal: Log your daily completion.
Rule: If you miss a day, recommit and get back on track the next day. Never miss twice.
